The Weekly Trade Review Routine

intermediate·6 min read·Tier 4

Logging trades is half the job. The weekly review is where the lessons actually land. A simple, repeatable routine to run every week.

A journal full of entries you never reread improves nothing. Improvement happens at review time — when the emotion has drained out of the trades and you can finally see the pattern that was invisible in the heat of the moment. A weekly review is the single highest-leverage habit in this whole library, because it is where everything you logged turns into a decision about what to change.
